We would like to advise you that we have not received, to date, any judicial claims, or statements of claim, or even warning letters for the settlement of the dues of Kuwait Asia Company.

Abyaar will notify Kuwait Stock Exchange of any similar matter immediately upon its occurrence, in line with the principle of transparency adopted by the Company. Abyaar Real Estate Company has repaid, settled and rescheduled its financial obligations towards other parties at a rate exceeding 85% of those debts, and the Company is in the process of completing the settlement process for its remaining obligations.
