On behalf Of Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), Scream Point carried out an inspection and progress audit on Hiliana Tower.

The Project Progress Report for October 2011 found Hiliana tower more than 25% complete. It also found substructure works and ground floor slab to be substantially completed.
