Inspired by the amazing natural crystalline forms of icebergs and glaciers, the glass building 'shard' is articulated by two apparent 'fissures' reaching to its full height, cradling open balconies and framing apartment views to the Dubai Marina precinct.

Designed by award-winning architect and designer Karl Fender, the thirty-one storey glass 'shard' tower contains 103 apartments, with no more than four per level. Every apartment is unique, with subtle differences in layout due to the structure of the building and a minimalist design, giving each apartment an individual style.

Covering a total built-up area of 337,486 square feet, ICE Tower features standard apartments, penthouse apartments and townhouse apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Ice Tower finishes off with only the grandest final touches for the grandest apartments, using the finest materials from prominent suppliers, including Apavisa floor finishing, Bisazza wall finishing, wardrobes by Poliform, Duravit and Dornbracht bathroom fixtures, and Siemens kitchen equipment.
